2020 BOOST Conference Postponed – New Dates Inside

Dear BOOST Community,

After long and serious deliberation, the BOOST Team has made the difficult decision to postpone the October 2020 BOOST Conference due to the coronavirus pandemic. We simply are still not able to gather safely in large groups at this time and your safety is of utmost importance to us.

Several factors went into our decision. When we were forced to postpone our April 2020 conference back in March, it seemed viable that October would be a reasonable time for our rescheduled dates to host an in-person gathering. We have remained hopeful that our country would be in a much safer place to convene in October. Last month we sent out a survey to our community to effectively determine your preference in dates and examining your availability to attend in October or a request to move to April 2021. Due to many factors, most of the responses (attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors) have indicated to move to 2021.

We are currently working behind the scenes to reschedule our keynote speakers, workshops, exhibitors, and sponsors to our April dates and will go live with our 2021 schedule, updated website, hotel booking, and registration on October 1st. We are also working closely with our Palm Springs partners to ensure that we uphold all safety measures when we do convene.

Your online account will remain intact and you will automatically be rescheduled for the April 27-30, 2021 dates. You will have the ability to substitute attendees in your account anytime between October 1, 2020- April 15, 2021. We have honored our cancellation policy and have refunded all of those that canceled by the deadline- no further refunds will be processed, no exceptions.

We have received so many beautiful messages of love and support from our community- thank you. We know this is a difficult time for everyone and we want you to know how much we care about you and how much we miss seeing you in person. We appreciate your ongoing support and all that you are doing to support your students, families, and communities during these challenging times.

In partnership,
Tia Quinn & TEAMBOOST
