My daughter Nalah J. inspires me, and has no idea. She has such an infectious personality that makes people happy. I want to have that same impression on people after interacting with me.

My favorite quote is “The chains of habit are often times too small to be felt until they are too strong to be broken.” This is a reminder to myself that habits are easily formed so it’s important to be conscious.
