Lilly is the Director of Expanded Learning Opportunities for Fallbrook Union Elementary School District in Fallbrook, CA.
What is one thing that motivates you? Share your inspiration.
I am motivated by bringing out the greatness in others and helping others become leaders – students and staff. Everyone has talents and strengths, and I love to cultivate, nurture, and support those I can.
Do you have any pets? If so, tell us about them!
I have a 4-year-old tabby cat named Chukas, and he is a Cat-dog. He knows how to fetch and roll over. He is very loving but very skittish and follows me everywhere. Recently, I welcomed Remy into my family. He is a 4-month-old white kitten.
What go-to song would you sing at Karaoke night?

Favorite animal noise?
My favorite animal noise is purring from kittens.
What are you currently reading?
I am reading Atomic Habits by James Clear. I love to read. I don’t have a favorite book.

What advice would you give your teenage self?
Probably to enjoy those years more and spend more time with my mom.

Hi Lilly! I loved reading this. Did you know that being a giver and helping others alleviates more stress than giving to yourself? While I think self-care is extremely important, it’s equally important to continue to give/help others, especially when we feel as though we DON’T have the time to do so.
I will be right there singing alongside you, great karaoke song of choice. Can’t wait to meet you in person at BOOST 2025!
