The EDRC provides information on eating disorders and how to help someone you might suspect is dealing with one.

Erika’s Lighthouse

Erika’s Lighthouse is a not-for-profit mental health education organization that provides free and effective programs to schools, young adults, families and communities. This organization hopes to raise awareness about the symptoms of depression and the associated stigmas to prevent the suffering of young adults.

FEAST

Families Empowered and Supporting Treatment of Eating Disorders (FEAST) is an international organization for loved ones to help support individuals recovering from eating disorders . FEAST advocates for research and education, promotes evidence-based treatment, and provides support in hopes to reduce the number of people suffering from eating disorders.

Half of Us provides answers to questions about feeling weird and not understanding your emotions. There are tips and resources on how to feel better and get help if you need it.

HelpingTeens

A support site for teens that is monitored by moderators and administrators that provides teens with resources and outlets to solve their problems.  The site includes support forums, a live chat option, and informational articles.

Hopeline

A free 24 hour crisis hotline for callers who are contemplating suicide.  The website also offers email support.

International Bipolar Foundation

The International Bipolar Foundation provides hope, resources, and support to those living with bipolar disorder.

Kids Help Phone

A free 24 hour service for kids and teens that offers phone and web counseling and support.  The site has a section devoted to younger users, and a section for teen users.  Each section includes forums, games, quizzes, and information about common issues faced while growing up.
