Joshua Faden is an educational consultant, trainer, and author dedicated to building confidence in learners of all ages. As the Founder and President of Community of Teachers, based in Kensington, MD, Joshua designs and delivers dynamic workshops and trainings for parents/caregivers, students, and educators. His work empowers communities to foster confidence, resilience, and lifelong learning through actionable strategies and collaborative tools.

Joshua’s trainings have inspired diverse audiences in the United States and internationally, including Costa Rica, Morocco, China, Brazil, and Finland. He also leads engaging book clubs for parents and educators based on his two books, The Confidence Project: A Journey Through the Confidence Constellation and The Confidence Constellation Activities Handbook. These book clubs focus on practical ways to support children’s confidence and strengthen the partnership between families and schools.

Previously a third-grade teacher in Washington, DC, Joshua has worked with students from early childhood to college-age, who continue to share their journeys and successes with him.

Outside of education, Joshua is an artist, avid gardener, licensed realtor, and storyteller who brings creativity and care to all his endeavors.
