Climb on board the DrumBus and explore using group-rhythm events for elementary and middle school programs with the specific goals of improving communication, enhancing personal wellness, reducing social friction in school communities and providing opportunities for artistic expression, personal creativity, empathy, awareness of others
and the development of leadership skills. We will discuss the evidence-based Beat the Odds curriculum developed by UCLA’s Center for Healing Arts that is currently being implemented in Oxnard, CA by DrumBus.
