Description

The Time for Change Youth Challenge is open to children grades K - 12 that have a desire and a solution to provide change for their local, community problems. The Time for Change Youth Challenge is offering 15 winning students $1,000 grants and two grand prize-winning students with $5,000 to move their ideas forward.
