Offers competitive grants to schools and nonprofit organizations that affect improvements in areas of importance to the Phish fan community, especially music education for children. Mockingbird is interested in targeting children 18 years or younger, but will consider projects that benefit disenfranchised groups, including those with low skill levels, income, or education; disabilities or terminal illnesses; and foster homes, shelters, hospitals, prisons, or other remote or isolated situations.
