The Express Scripts Foundation supports programs and initiatives that broaden access to health and medical services, educate underserved young people, support U.S. military troops and families, strengthen communities by aiding children and families in need. Special consideration is offered to organizations that provide care for children and families that are underserved or uninsured, organizations that support educational initiatives, organizations that support the use of preventative care and encourage health education, and education programs that equip students to lead successful STEM careers.
