Using Data to Drive DEI Initiatives

This workshop will explore how to use data to inform Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiatives for Not-for-Profit organizations. Data-based decision-making is at the heart of informed and just leadership and allows organizations to allocate programming, staffing, informational resources, and services to meet the needs of all community stakeholders.
