Johns Hopkins School of Education in collaboration with the Annie E. Casey Foundation and the Everyone Graduates Center has developed the On Track to Career Success (OTCS) project to co-create an intentional framework for youth to build a pathway for youth. Using elements of workforce development, high school redesign, youth development and engagement, and career preparation and readiness, the playbook was launched as a tool in underrepresented communties to support students and partner with schools.
The OTCS framework has three key elements including milestones, student success systems (SSS), and pathways to career success.
