Company Bio

Dwayne, originally from Florida, is the eldest of five and grew up in a single-parent household, which shaped his resilience and sense of responsibility. His life experiences have fueled his passion for coaching and mentoring. A recognized thought leader, motivational coach, and workshop facilitator, Dwayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Entertainment Business and an MFA in Creative Writing from Full Sail University. He served as President Emeritus of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and is pursuing a PhD in Advanced Human Behavior.

With 20 years of advocacy for afterschool programming, Dwayne received the Afterschool Champion Outstanding Program Quality Award in 2023. As an afterschool ambassador in Pennsylvania, he secured an $11.5 million grant to support vital initiatives. He is also the founding director of IGNITE Before & Afterschool Enrichment at Belmont Charter High School, working with thousands of students, families, and community partners to establish effective programs nationwide.

In 2020, Dwayne founded “A Human. Being!”—a holistic company dedicated to enhancing mental health and overall well-being through coaching, self-improvement, and personal development. His mission is to empower individuals to achieve their fullest potential and nurture collective growth.
