Justin McGlamery is founder and Chief Locus Focuser for Focus Your Locus Teambuilding Training and Development, LLC , a Master Trainer for the Wingman Program for Dylan’s Wings of Change, a partner, collaborator and co-conspirator facilitating cultural humility workshops with Kamora’s Cultural Corner, and the Experiential Education Associate for the Digital Citizenship Institute. Prior to launching his own business and partnering with Dylan’s Wings of Change, for two decades, Justin taught Experiential/Adventure Education and Leadership & Group Dynamics classes at the university level, facilitating social-emotional learning, team building, therapeutic adventure, wellness and empowerment drumming groups, leadership development, mindfulness workshops, and teacher trainings. Justin works with educators, corporate and nonprofit leadership, athletic teams, school and college-aged groups, adolescents and special-needs populations. Justin is a regular presenter and keynote speaker at regional, national and international conferences, is the Past-Chair of the Northeast Region Advisory Council for the Association for Experiential Education, is a certified Play for Peace trainer, an advanced trained Remo HealthRHYTHMS Wellness and Empowerment Drumming facilitator, an advanced trained Strengths Based Educator, and is co-author of: Focus Your Locus: Activities that Focus the Power of Individuals and Groups (2010).
