There are numerous benefits when we engage teenagers as teachers: subject matter comes alive for young learners; teens grow in planning, teamwork, and other life skills; and programs become more dynamic and fun. This session explores strategies for finding, training and truly empowering teens to deliver educational programs to younger youth. Participants will understand the outcomes of Teens as Teachers projects and learn what’s necessary to set their own program for success.
