VSHAPE is Australian designed framework based on current educational research practices. VSHAPE stands for V: Vision, S: Scanning, H: Headcounts, A: Anticipate, P: Positioning and E: Engagement. VSHAPE ensures ALL of our leaders and educators follow SAFE policies and practices ensuring all the children in care remain SAFE at all times. This SAFETY encompasses physical, social and emotional SAFETY during all times of care in our services. Alongside VSHAPE we have developed supporting programs.
