We want our students to feel seen and heard. But how do we do that in a room full of young people when we have so much stuff to do? Helping students learn how to use their voice doesn’t mean we “the adults” are the only ones listening. We also need to cultivate a community where students and adults alike speak and listen to each other. Engage in games and strategies that will integrate student choice into your programming and EMPOWER students to express their thoughts, feelings, & opinions.
