Alameda County Office of Education and Napa County Office of Education developed a partnership to train site coordinators throughout the Bay Area region. Facilitators will share learnings from the program’s inception and its exciting new developments of growth. Participants will increase their understanding of the importance of investing in the development of site coordinators, how partnership and collaboration are necessary for success, and how this model could be replicated.
