Summer programs, afterschool programs, sports, music, robotics, clubs…the number of potential options for out-of-school time (OST) programs can be overwhelming, so having a coherent strategy is crucial for success. In this immersive session, participants will look at how to create a holistic approach to strategic design for OST programs and learn the basic components of OST strategic planning.
