This workshop is geared for Grant Managers, Program Directors, Administrators, Executive Directors, CEOs, and Next Generation Leaders of Expanded Learning Programs who want to build a virtual community of practice with like-minded individuals to discuss issues related to: Sustainability, Staff Recruitment and Retention, Program Design and Quality, and Building the leadership and management bench. There will be facilitators sharing some information on each topic followed by a chance to break into small working groups to begin to build the community.
