Resolution to Revolution is an opportunity to move from words to action. Legislation, resolutions, groups agreements, and other pieces of paper often offer only a guideline of how the system should work to create equity and opportunity for all; implementation does not always follow. This workshop will highlight the tools and strategies educators, community leaders, and youth can use to “make it happen.” Learn about the activities the San Francisco Human Rights Commission created with the community including youth and educators to address issues and challenges they faced in the classroom and in the community. Learn how students made a commitment to move from Resolution to Revolution.
