Are you a capacity builder striving to enhance program design, implementation, and sustainability? This session explores how states are customizing guidance and tools from the Summer Learning Toolkit to meet diverse policy contexts and local needs. We’ll explore two approaches: 1) Texas’ planning program for district-led programs; and 2) Vermont’s community-led universal afterschool. Participants will engage with the Toolkit and discuss opportunities to strengthen efforts in their communities.
