In order to cultivate social-emotional skills in our staff and students, we must start by developing them in our leadership styles. In this session, participants will learn how to lead with SEL, creating an environment where social-emotional skill building can thrive in both staff and students. Participants will engage in group discussions, hands-on activities, and actionable takeaways to begin to lead with an SEL lens.
