In this workshop, learn how a youth development program has developed an innovative model to engage middle and high school students in meaningful projects, programming, and initiatives while preparing them for the youth workforce world. What started as an after-school program 23 years ago has now become the Youth Work Innovation Center, a center where teens accomplish amazing things while also getting the training they need for their futures. Currently, 64% of our staff are alumni of the program.
