Outward Bound California’s goal is to contribute to the ‘character education movement’ by improving how ‘character is taught,’ how character outcomes are measured, and by making expeditions accessible to students from all walks of life and circumstances. During the workshop, participants will explore the five ways in which OBCA approaches character and leadership development.
