This hands-on interactive workshop will share strategies used to build literacy engagement partnerships with libraries, community-based organizations, and families. As a result of attending this workshop participants will explore how to develop and apply community-centered approaches to collaboration and power-sharing with youth, families, summer programs, and other potential partner organizations, like libraries and city agencies. Sample materials will be shared.
