Empower after-school leaders and all educators to build student confidence using the Confidence Constellation model. Participants will explore the Challenge Cycle’s phases—Receptivity, Awareness, Frustration Management, Valuing Effort, and Valuing Challenge. Through hands-on activities from The Confidence Constellation Activities Handbook, attendees will gain strategies to create environments that inspire students to embrace challenges and become confident learners.
