In this session, participants will dive into the three main components of successful professional learning communities: Norms, Instructional Planning, and Accountability. When these three components are set up correctly, professional learning communities can change the culture of a school. However, poorly created and supported PLCs can bring a school down, promote inequity, and lead to the stagnation of creation and collaboration.
