Logic models are a useful tool for improving out-of-school time programs. Santa Ana Unified (SAUSD) and researchers from the Regional Educational Laboratory West (REL West) at WestEd collaborated to develop a logic model for the district’s Expanded Learning programming. In this interactive session, presenters will share best practices for developing a logic model and how to use it for continuous quality improvement and sustainability. Participants will also learn the foundational steps for developing a logic model customized to their own programs.
