The “Cracking the Code” workshop will help classroom teachers/after school educators become leaders in conflict resolution. Educators will develop a greater awareness of the pitfalls of ineffectual listening, but more importantly, they will realize the importance of using effective listening techniques during future conflicts as they arise.
