Out-of-school time practitioners can play a vital role in developing the cultural and global competencies of youth so that they are equipped to successfully navigate the future that they will inherit. Leading with inclusion means working effectively with people of different backgrounds, experiences, opinions, and perceptions. In this session, participants will be able to develop an awareness of these different dimensions of diversity and how to apply these principles in their day-to-day work in out of school time.
