Australia’s out-of-school time sector is in constant change. Shifts in regulatory frameworks, combined with challenges such as transient staffing and variable market demands have created multiple challenges. These changes necessitate an agile and adaptive response. This session will explore how to work with your teams during change and how to manage and inspire all stakeholders. Attendees will learn how to promote trust and openness as a leader, hear real-life work scenarios on how to build staff capacity, and learn about mentoring and coaching techniques to apply during change management and/or work challenges.
