INSPIRATION
I am inspired most by colleagues as we work closely as a team. We inspire, motivate, and continually learn from each other. We share articles, TED talks, Educational research, and innovative practices that help us improve the work we do together.
ACTION ITEM
It is important to understand The Resilient Mindset and how this impacts how we interact, communicate, and engage with each other. I want to share this work and inspire Educational Leaders across the globe to collaborate and learn using The Resilient Mindset.
SUPERPOWER
Connecting with people – sharing their stories and learning from this inspires the work I do every day.
