Outreach & Engagement Partner – TEMPORARY

The Outreach and Engagement Partner works in the community, specifically providing COVID-19 information and health related information and resources to Latino youth and families.


Identify potential community and education partners for potential community outreach and engagement
Attend and participate in Mandatory Outreach phone calls, and community meetings in virtual and in person as specified by Supervisor
Ensure understanding of content related to material and information being distributed/presented
Present information and maintain interactions within the cultural and developmental lens of individuals and the community (Latino population, youth, families)
Comply with confidentiality and privacy standards of protected health information and other applicable information and material in accordance to HIPAA and Harmonium policies and procedures
Submit a monthly outreach work plan in a timely manner
Host youth and/or parent wellness group once per month with a minimum of 8 participants


Experience working with Youth and Families specifically the Latino population
Must be fluent in Spanish and English
Ability to advocate for COVID-19 vaccinations and other health prevention and intervention
Experience working in community settings
Strong interpersonal skills
Evidence of good judgment, appropriate boundaries, and effective problem solving
Demonstrated communication skills, including verbal, written and public speaking
Knowledge of community and resources and ability to provide linkages and referrals
Reliable automobile, valid CA Driver’s license and maintain proof of current automobile insurance
Valid TB results required
Must receive Fingerprint Clearance upon hire (paid by Harmonium)
