Description

The Victor C. Clark Youth Incentive Program supports programs and projects for youth that enrich the experience of radio amateurs under the age of 18. Mini-grants are made for the following types of projects: securing equipment for antennas for club stations; purchasing training materials; and local service projects that bring favorable public exposure.
