The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (a subset of the U.S. Department of Commmerce) is offering funding to nonprofit organizations with significant experience in environmental education and/or conservation in K-12 settings. It runs for five years and awards range from $200,000 to $1 million per year. Proposals should prioritize education, outreach, and professional development that facilitates environmental literacy among K-12 students, teachers, informal educators, education professionals, and others.
