Nearly 1 in 5 American girls have either left school early or missed school entirely because they did not have access to the products they needed to manage their period. But it’s not just school they are forced to miss. For many, not having access to the products they need also forces them to miss out on the activities they love. Yet, participating in after-school activities helps girls learn new skills, gain new experiences, and ultimately build their confidence.
