To address mental health and substance misuse care, cultural relevance, care connections, and collaborations, the Caring for Denver Foundation is proud to offer the Community-Centered Solutions grant to support organizations that are trusted in their communities. Registration for new users in the Caring for Denver's Grant Portal is required by August 29, 2025 at 5:00pm (MT). Proposals and completed applications are due by September 3, 2025 at 5:00pm (MT).
