8 FREE Resources to Welcome In the New School Year

Happy New Year! Greetings!

It is a new year! 2017-2018 starts now! This is a time when you will see kids you know and a time to meet new kiddos. But most important, it is a time to learn from last year and make this year even better. It’s back to school time!

Take a moment to think about what you learned from last year and what your New Year’s resolutions are for this upcoming year, how will you improve your program?

Will you concentrate on staff development, sustainable programming, more activities for your kids?

Here are a few free resources and ideas that are on my list:

  1. Do you want to have more fun?
  2. Do you want to offer more hands-on and engaging activities for the kids?
  3. Do you want to improve your facilitation techniques?
  4. Or maybe you want to bring new staff on board with the Center for the Collaborative Classrooms after school program.

Even more, here are a few additional resources the Center would like to share:

What are you going to do that’s brand new and refreshing to honor the new school year, your staff, and students?

We would love to hear from you in the comments below! Have a great year!

For breakfast I had: Toasted Oatmeal Flakes from Trader Joe’s with non-fat milk and a banana!
