what is more important to staff, being valued or making more money? How do I make staff feel value in our organization?

I think working for an organization that honors the life/lifestyle you want. Small things like staff volunteer days that encourage local civic engagement or healthy walk-the-talk days that let you try that mid-day workout class you’ve been craving. It gets even better if an organization fosters community by allowing staff to share their stories and non-work lives. How can we link organizational mission with personal purpose?
